We carefully evaluate all breeding dogs, thoroughly reviewing pedigrees and conducting health testing to ensure we are producing strong, healthy bloodlines. Every decision we make is centered around improving the breed and giving each puppy the best possible start in life.

We understand that bringing home a puppy is not only an emotional decision but also an important investment for you and your family. While no breeder can guarantee a puppy will be completely free from all health concerns, we stand behind our program with a Limited 1-Year Health Guarantee—provided at no additional cost.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Each puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. To maintain the validity of this guarantee, you must:

• Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of arrival
• Ensure your puppy continues to receive proper veterinary care and vaccinations

If your veterinarian determines that your puppy has a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition, we will:

✔ Provide a replacement puppy of equal value
✔ If unavailable, offer a puppy from the next available litter
✔ Allow you to upgrade to another puppy by paying the difference (if applicable)

In the Event of a Claim

To initiate a claim under our health guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• A written statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided
• The report must include the date of examination, diagnosis, and supporting medical findings
• The puppy must be returned to us (transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility)

One-Year Genetic Health Coverage

If your puppy passes away within one (1) year due to a confirmed congenital defect, we will provide a replacement puppy, provided:

• The puppy was under continuous veterinary care
• All recommended vaccinations and health records are documented
• A veterinarian provides an official statement confirming the cause

Important Notes & Conditions

To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following:

• Failure to have your puppy examined within 10 days will void the health guarantee
• We must be notified of any serious health concerns before any irreversible decisions are made
• All registration paperwork must be returned if a replacement is issued
• All transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Non-Covered Conditions

This health guarantee does not cover:

• Minor or treatable conditions (parasites, infections, allergies, etc.)
• Conditions caused by injury, neglect, or improper care
• Non-life-threatening or manageable health issues
• Physical traits such as size, color, or breeding/show potential
